I’m looking for a candidates to take a position as Ops Engineering / DevOps  Software Engineer 2 to join our IT CBS Global Operations team to speed up our transformation to DevOps / Reliability Engineering.

We are looking for talents that are customer oriented, committed, self-driven, adaptable, embrace change and are looking for challenges and opportunities for career development / growth. The individual must have good coding and business analysis skill and be able to recognize, troubleshoot and root cause main technical problems within SLAs without the need to escalate to product development teams. Also should be able to contribute with the development of the fixes for such defects/problems found.

Key Responsibilities:

• Automation of regular tasks
• Lead initiatives and coordinate team efforts to bring stability and add value to our business partners.
• Root cause analysis and Value-add participation on RCA meetings.
• Lead and Implement changes and patching process
• Ownership and leadership of Dell Supply Chain applications
• Set business process monitoring
• Lead major incident bridges.
• Knowledge-base creation/documentation

Essential Requirements

• Ability to write code in .Net, C#, Java and SQL
• Troubleshooting skills.​
• Good business analysis skills
• Fluent in English (both spoken and written)
• A desire to learn, develop and grow

Desirable Requirements:

• Pivotal methodology
• Experience in DevOps environment/culture​​
• Knowledge of Supply Chain business processes
